Probex and ImmoStory AI featured in Het Belang van Limburg
Belgian newspaper Het Belang van Limburg covered the story behind ImmoStory AI: from a single link to a finished promo video, built by our team at C-mine Crib in Genk.

On 16 July 2026, the Flemish newspaper Het Belang van Limburg published an article about ImmoStory AI, the product Probex builds. Journalist Chris Nelis spoke with founder Ramazan Erbas, who is also head of Optimum primary school in Sledderlo (Genk), about where the idea came from and what the platform does today.
What the article covers
- One link, one video. Paste the link to a property listing, a hotel page or any other online offer, and you automatically get an edited promo video with footage, text and effects.
- Minutes instead of hours. A video that typically takes an agency a couple of hours is ready in a few minutes with ImmoStory AI.
- Seven AI components. The system combines seven AI applications, two of which were developed specifically for this project.
- Our team in Genk. Since February we have been working from C-mine Crib, the LRM incubator.

What happened next
After a test phase in which users generated hundreds of videos, the European launch is planned for October. You can already try ImmoStory AI for free at immostory.ai, or through the iOS and Android app.
Thank you to Het Belang van Limburg for the coverage. The full article (in Dutch) is available on their website.
