Tamam.be is Belgium's home services marketplace. Homeowners describe a job — a leaky roof, a garden fence, a full renovation — and compare quotes from verified local professionals. Reviews are real, identities are checked, and the homeowner's details are shared only with the professionals they actually choose to contact. No call-centre spam. Trades sign up free and pay only for the jobs they take.

Why we built it ourselves

Tamam.be is a Probex product, launched in May 2026. We made a deliberate engineering choice on the matching engine: we buy the embedding API and own the service around it — the honest build-vs-buy tradeoff we explain in our field guide. The result is a marketplace that scales without a hockey-stick cloud bill.
