Services
Probex delivers custom AI solutions: websites, applications, video, agents and automation. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate agreement or quotation.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, Probex retains intellectual property in the developed code and materials until full payment. Upon payment, ownership is transferred for what is explicitly included in the agreement.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 or 30 days, as agreed. All prices exclude 21% VAT, unless an exemption applies.
Liability
Probex's liability is in all cases limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the arrondissement of Hasselt.
